Greenwich offers a variety of learning programs
to ensure that all our customers are proficient in the usage of our
software, derive the maximum benefit from it, and keep current with ongoing
updates and new functionality. Delivering easy-to-use, well-documented
software is a priority at Greenwich . Although our ESP software is easy to
learn and use, we realize that you may not have the time to learn a new
system on your own, or you prefer to get the most out of the time you spend
learning a new system. Our training courses are designed to provide ESP
users a high level of user skill so that your facility is maximizing usage,
revenues and ROI with ESP.

options we make a special effort to ensure the content and delivery is
appropriate for your property. Our goal is to identify strengths and
weaknesses in usage, in order to help all our customers.
On-Site Training
To help you get the most out of your
investment in ESP, we offer on-site training that can be tailored to your needs.
Our experienced, professional trainers not only teach you how to use the
software, but also consult with you and offer insights that only come from
working with hundreds of other facilities that use ESP. The cost of on-site
training is quoted on a daily basis plus travel expenses.
On-line Training
Ideal for configuring ESP, or bringing
new users up-to-speed, on-line training is a flexible, cost-effective way
to make the most of your ESP software. This unique approach to training
involves conferencing software called GoToMeeting, which utilizes the
internet and a telephone to deliver effective training. The schedule of
class offerings is very flexible to fit conveniently into your busy
schedule without the expense and disruption of on-site consulting. The cost
of on-line training is quoted on an hourly basis.
